The new Z310 boasts a mirrored finish along with a hidden icon display that glows when a message or alert is received. Along with its concealed display, the triband Z310 offers light effects (similar to those of the Z520) that can be color coded for each of your contacts.
This new cost conscious handset has a VGA camera for capturing photos on the go that can be easily shared with the Z310's Picture Blogging application. It also supports EDGE/GPRS on the 900/1800/1900 GSM frequency bands, and includes a 65k color (128x160 pixel resolution) screen for its main display and a monochrome (96x64 pixel resolution) screen for its external display. The Z310's battery should offer up to 7 hours of talk time, or 12.5 hours of standby time.
