- Place the manufactures box into a shipping carton.
- Avoid placing of stickers and any kind of label on the original manufacturer’s pack.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. You are going to be responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THIS RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY
- Without RMA number, there will be no accepting of returns. We can refuse and return any merchandise without an RMA number and customer will have to take the responsibility at their own expense. An RMA exist for 14 days from the issued date and Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Return will be accepted only when it is 100% completed with all original box(es) and packaging materials, blank warranty card and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer’s.
REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES
- Within 14 days period all replacement and exchanges can be processed.

All returns will take place on your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product have to be in same condition as you received it with all packaging, manuals and accessories.

Defected product can be returned to MyPhoneStore.com within the 14 days period of receipt of merchandise. Customer will be exempted from the restocking fee, if the defective product will be returned in the first 7 days period but the defected product returned after 7 days period are subjected to 10% fee on the cost of the products, and there is no refund of shipping fee.

There will be a 15% penalty o all the NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

Any returns(Defective/Non Defective) will not be returned within “Like New Condition” includes missing of any material, packaging material, accessories or manual are subject to a 15% restocking fee and additional charges will be assessed for the product. And al manufacturer’s warranty will be applied after 14 days period.

Customer pays shipping for all returns to MyPhoneStore.com.

MyPhoneStore.com recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since MyPhoneStore.com will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.

4 business days from the day we receive the product back is the expected turn-around-time of all the exchanges. Although MyPhoneStore.com will strive to process claim within 4-5 days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances can delay the process.

We want you to allow us 5 business days to complete the refund process.

Replacement will be shipped back through Ground service to MyPhoneStore.com in the continental US.

All claim must be made in first 3days of arrival for shortage, manufacture’s defect or shipment error.

We can refuse the return shipment if the RMA number not visible. Invoice copy has to be included in returning package.

No refunding of shipment charges.

The latest price less shipping charges will be applied for credits/refunds on the return.

Warranties will be all void on any physical damage.

Under no condition will MyphoneStore.com cross-ship any item.

MyPhoneStore.com reserves the right to swap with the equivalent product for all replacements and exchanges in the event MyPhoneStore.com is in unable situation to supply with the same products.

On any cancellation 10% restocking fee will be applied that has been shipped from our warehouse.

Firstly you must have to obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)number before returning of product to us. Before approving RMA any mail to us might be refused and returned automatically.

For obtaining RMA, please mail us at customerservice@myphonestore.com (request contains Full name, order number & phone number of yours) or talk to us at 877-235-8255. RMA is valid for only 5 days from the issued date.

Please note: You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited to your credit card account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in ‘Like New Condition’.

Promotional items: All promotion items should be returned with original packaging. Returns received without these items will result in a deduction of advertised price of the promotion item at the time of purchase.
