PROCESSING TIME :-
Our Credit Card Department review your order thoroughly to assure that the order is correct. This is a valid payment method and you are authorized to use it. Once Credit Card Department has passed your order from its procedure, it will be sent to our warehouse shipment.
Please not that 1-2 business days can be taken in credit card processing (It’s all depends upon the accurate information given by the customers). Further, due to security reasons, we might need voice conformation to complete your order.
If the order you placed available in stock then we ship it sooner from our main New York City warehouse or from one Distribution warehouses located throughout the US. But, if the order is not available then they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
PROMOTIONAL SHIPPING :-
Refund will be consider to restocking fee for whole order with multiple item purchased & those which fall under the promotional free shipping category. Your invoice will be re-rated to the original amount including shipping charges.
TRANSIT TIME :-
- Ground: 3 - 8 Business Days
- UPS Second Day: 2 Business Days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 Business Day
Note: Saturday delivery is only available on orders placed before 1pm EST on Friday.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY :-
Total time depends upon the time taken to get payment authorization, order processing and the transit time from the carrier. Avail stock items usually ship within 24 hours.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES :-
Our customer-friendly shipping schedule depends upon a fixed rate formula for the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. Promotional Ground shipping is only applicable within United States. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped.
